As part of the Short Range Advanced Handheld Products Line, the Advanced Heavy Duty Receiver 8 is perfect for short range (up to 200 Yards) and simple wireless switching. Hence, the Short Range Advanced Products are a simple solution when faulty wire replacement is required, a new installation is not possible or practical, or controlling many different pieces of equipment is needed. In addition, the Short Range Advanced Product Line includes 1, 2, 4, 8, and 16-key handheld transmitters and 1, 2, 4, 8, and 16-output (SPDT Class C relay) 902-928MHz frequency hopping receivers. The Short Range Advanced Product Line is customizable and expandable depending on the solution needed. Connect the Short Range Advanced product to the equipment that requires control. Finally, the system is ready for use and guaranteed to perform.

About Remote Control Technology

Founded in 1982 as TRC Systems, the original product line was known as RIC. TRC Systems was created to fill the need for a more efficient method of servicing automatic sprinkler systems. The company changed its name to Remote Control Technology (RCT) in 1988. In 2005 the irrigation division was separated and sold, it was known as TRC Irrigation Remotes. Most recently, the two companies were purchased and reunited in 2017. Today the companies are under the Remote Control Technology umbrella.
